π§ Munger Observer β Feb 18
Opportunity Cost / Spread Too Thin: Seven distinct initiatives advanced yesterday (AI coaching, _M Skills Central, Aetherical redesign, meeting copilot, Vercel sandbox, Entire.io, coaching runtime). Munger: "The big money is not in the buying and selling, but in the waiting." Risk of inch-deep progress across too many fronts.
Second-Order Thinking: The "center of gravity" reframe is powerful first-order. Second-order: gravity attracts everything, including obligations. If Dan becomes THE AI person in MSP, every introduction becomes a commitment. Hampton works because Sam Parr built the machine THEN stepped back. Build the machine first.
Circle of Competence: Coaching practice and Skills Central are both circle-of-competence plays. Aetherical redesign is further from center β delegation appropriate.

π Personal Thought
The Munger Observer keeps flagging the same thing: seven initiatives, inch-deep. Meanwhile the pipeline is $900K+ with a proposal deadline Monday. Points North meeting today is the highest-leverage 30 minutes of your week. The coaching practice, Skills Central, Aetherical redesign β they'll still be there Friday. Mollick's GPT-1 book is a nice metaphor: Claude Code did the whole thing end-to-end because it had ONE clear task. Your Monday deadline deserves that same focus.
