  2. Peter Dedene on “token anxiety” after Copilot billing changes is the most practical workflow signal in the pile. If every keystroke feels metered, flow breaks. Cheap-enough coding is becoming a product requirement, not a pricing footnote.
  3. UK publishers getting an opt-out from Google AI search results is the bigger distribution story. The retrieval layer is becoming negotiable. Expect more fights over who gets indexed, summarized, and compensated.
  4. Hiten Shah’s Typeahead launch is still the sharpest small-product example this morning: local, offline, one-time purchase, immediate utility. More narrow software wedges like this will keep winning while platforms posture.
  5. Ethan Mollick’s Claude Code-built game is a fun demo, but the follow-up is the real signal: usage spiked hard enough to burn Netlify credits fast. Agents can create demand faster than the infra stack is ready to price it.

So the useful BM read this morning is market structure, not inbox detail: agent-native coding workflows are converging into mainline products, usage-based pricing is starting to shape developer behavior, and distribution fights are moving up-stack into search and publisher controls.
Memory still says the active BM cluster is Rally, HR&A, Tungsten, Great Hill, Sentinel, Orbis, Care Providers of Minnesota, and Edmunds Govtech. That is enough surface area. The bottleneck is still prioritization, not pipeline.

Personal Thought

Personal thought: the pattern is getting hard to ignore. Capability keeps getting cheaper, while trust, packaging, and workflow fit keep getting more valuable. Good day to close one stale loop and move one live thing into public view.
